  • Optional Links & Contact Details: Official website URL, social media URL, ticketing / Eventbrite URL, and host contact information (such as an email address or phone number for attendee questions).

Public Visibility: Once an event is reviewed and approved by our moderation team, event details (including the venue, date, host organization, description, website/social links, and host contact info if provided) will be published publicly on our worldwide Krampus Events Calendar. Please only provide contact details that you intend to make publicly visible for attendee inquiries.

Moderation & Review: Submissions are held in a secure moderation queue pending review by our administration team. We do not sell or distribute event organizer contact details to third-party marketers or advertisers.
